Two Bears One Bear

There once was a little boy bear
Who wished to do all here or there.
He floundered and ran
No direction his plan.
He worked hard at getting nowhere.

One day then he met a girl bear.
She was calm and careful to get there.
She studied with doubt
And dared not go out
When things were not a common fare

The boy and girl bear drawn together
Although not the birds of same feather.
They ran and they played
Though careful not d’layed
They did all no matter the weather.

So now boy and girl bear are one.
They’ve grown through the years with some fun.
They know who they are,
Gone places so far,
To be one with God and His Son.
